Barton H. Bolt – President BHB Ventures, LLC

        Barton (Bart) Bolt leads BHB Ventures as the President. Prior to founding BHB Ventures as the President Bart lead the Altum Senior Living management and field operation teams. His passion for working with seniors originated after working in senior living communities as a high school student. These experiences lead Bart to Calvin College to further his education and to become long-term care operator. He has in-depth knowledge of the operations in senior housing industry. Bart has served seniors for over 25 years in the roles of Nursing Home Administrator, Executive Director, Area Manager, Regional Director of Operations and Divisional VP of Operations. Bart has won several awards for his work in the industry. In 2008, Bart was acknowledged by Argentum with the “Champion” award for his leadership during the CA wildfires. His passion for excellence in care and service is driven by over 25 years of working in the senior living industry. He has a proven track record of building a culture of teamwork and innovation among his co-workers. As the President of BHB Ventures his goal each day is to support and lead a team that strives for excellence.
